What to Expect on the Day of Your Presentation

If your abstract is accepted and you are selected as a presenter, here’s what the presentation process will look like during the symposium:

Introduction by the Session Chair:
Your session will begin with a brief introduction by the Session Chair, highlighting your background and work.

Live Oral Presentation (15 minutes):
You will deliver a 15-minute live presentation to the audience, sharing your research, insights, or findings.

Audience Q&A (5 minutes):
Following your presentation, there will be a 5-minute Q&A session where attendees can ask questions and engage with your work.

Personalized Feedback:
Following your session, you will receive personalized feedback compiled from audience comments and suggestions regarding your presentation
